The customer who follows you online should be able to find your door, and your hours.
A site that shows what's in stock and where you are, an agent that answers “are you open?” and “do you have this?”, and social that drives people through the door.
What's quietly costing you the work
Someone loves a piece on your Instagram and has no idea if it's still in stock or how to get it.
“Are you open right now?” is half your calls, and they go unanswered when you're with a customer.
Your Google listing has the wrong hours and no recent photos of the shop.
You post a new arrival and it reaches almost none of your followers.

The AI receptionist demo line goes live with our first pilot.
Text the line asking if you have a dress in a size medium. It checks, offers to hold it at the counter, and confirms your pickup window.

A slow-Tuesday example: an Instagram post about a new arrival links straight to a hold request, three pieces held and picked up by close.

Boutiques: the questions we get
I can't keep a full e-commerce catalog updated. What's realistic?
You don't need one. A fast-updating featured page or lookbook plus an agent that can answer stock and hold questions covers most of what a local shopper needs. If full e-commerce makes sense later, the site is built to add it.
Can the agent put an item on hold?
It takes the hold request, item, size, name, pickup window, and sends it to you. You confirm the item's actually there and it texts the customer back.
How do I get more people through the door from Instagram?
Every post links somewhere useful, a hold request, an event RSVP, directions, instead of dead-ending. And we keep your Google profile fresh, since “boutique near me” is how a lot of local discovery actually happens.
Who takes the shop photos?
Start with your phone. We give you a short shot list, the storefront, the interior, a few styled pieces, and turn it into a proper gallery on the site and Google.
What about promoting events?
Trunk shows and sip-and-shops get their own page and a run of posts leading up to the date, plus an RSVP the agent can take.
