Can I cancel, and what happens to my site if I leave?
Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. We hand you a full export of the site and a copy of every backup. Because you own the code, it runs anywhere, we'll even point you to a comparable host.
What counts as an 'included' change?
Text edits, swapping photos, updating hours or services, adding a page from an existing template, seasonal banners, anything under about 30 minutes. New design work or new features are quoted separately, and we tell you before doing them.
Do I have to have built my site with you?
No. If your existing site is on a platform we can host, we'll take it on after a quick review. If it's on a closed builder like Wix, we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
How fast are changes made?
Same or next business day for small changes. Anything bigger gets a date when we scope it.
