ARION
For Salons & Spas

Someone sees a cut on Instagram at 9 PM. They should be able to book it.

A site wired to your booking system, an agent that fills last-minute cancellations, and a social feed that keeps your chairs full, without you touching your phone between clients.

The problem

What's quietly costing you the work

01

A client sees your work on Instagram at 9 PM, can't book from the post, and forgets by morning.

02

A 2 PM cancellation leaves a hole that stays empty because nobody's working the waitlist.

03

New clients call during a color service and get voicemail, then book down the street.

04

Your stylists' work is beautiful and your feed has been quiet for three weeks.

  • Google Business Profile52

Hours wrong for two holidays; newest photo is 14 months old; 3 unanswered questions.

  • Reviews40

27 reviews, none in the last 90 days, 4 negative ones with no response.

  • Social30

Last Instagram post 8 months ago; Facebook page still lists the old address.

  2. 02

    Fix the biggest leak

We start with the one thing costing you the most work, usually the site or the missed calls.

Once the foundation holds, we layer on the agents, the ads, and the search work.

The AI receptionist demo line goes live with our first pilot.

Questions

Salons & Spas: the questions we get

Does it connect to Vagaro / Boulevard / Square Appointments?

It connects to the common salon booking systems so the agent books into your real calendar and respects each stylist's schedule and service times. We confirm yours before you sign anything.

How does the cancellation fill work?

When a slot opens, the agent texts the clients on your waitlist for that service and stylist, first-come first-served, and books whoever replies yes. The hole closes without you lifting a finger.

Can clients book a specific stylist?

Yes. Staff profiles list each stylist's specialties, and the agent books by name, matching the service to who actually does it.

Who runs the social posts?

We do, from the photos you send. On-brand templates, your captions' voice, posted on a steady cadence. You choose whether to approve each one or let it run.

Will the AI sound like a real front desk?

It's calm and warm, uses your service names and your stylists' names, and hands off to a person any time someone asks. Most clients book without realizing.
