The free Scorecard is our good-faith assessment based on publicly available information and the details you provide. It's a starting point, not an audit or a warranty. You're free to act on it yourself or with anyone you choose.
Client work
Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, account ownership, and termination. Where that agreement and this page conflict, the agreement controls.
Ownership
The Arion AI name, wordmark, and this website are ours. Work products we deliver to a client, website code, content, campaigns, are the client's, as set out in their agreement.
Acceptable use
- Don't use this site to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, this website is provided “as is” without warranties, and Arion AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
