Information we collect
- When you contact us or request a Scorecard: your name, business name, email, phone, and whatever you tell us about your business.
- Automatically on this site: standard analytics, pages viewed, rough location, device and referrer, to understand what's useful and improve it.
- As your agency: access to the accounts you ask us to manage (website, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, booking system) and the customer and lead data that flows through the systems we build for you.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare your Scorecard, and scope work.
- To build, run, and report on the services you hire us for.
- To improve this site and our own operations.
We do not sell your information. We don't share it except with the service providers we need to deliver the work (hosting, email, analytics, ad and CRM platforms), and where the law requires it.
Your customers' data
When we run systems that handle your customers' calls, messages, and bookings, that data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf, keep it in accounts you own where possible, and hand it over or delete it when you ask.
